PAW patrol is male-dominated
PAW patrol is male-dominated.Let’s face it, there are 6 main pups and only 1 of them is female.Skye is aimed at girls so she has to be pink to be ‘pretty’.Purple should have been the colour Skye’s uniform and vehicle because all the other pups have uniforms in different colours of the rainbow.If one looks closely at the animations,they can see Skye is the only pup that has a plant.Next to her water bowl ,Skye keeps a miniature sunflower.She also has a ‘pretty’ miniature porch on her pup house.This evidence suggests that Skye’s modelling comes from different magazines aimed at girls.Even though Skye is logically the most useful pup because more services are needed in the air than on the ground,Chase (the police pup)is the head of the PAW patrol.There is even an episode called ‘Pups save Skye’.This shows that the creators of PAW patrol think girls need to be ‘rescued’.Skye is minute and dainty in build and is not physically strong as well as in the later episodes the snow dog Everest.This shows Skye / Everest is corrupted and needs to be altered/removed.In fact, all of PAW patrol should be altered/removed.We want our future generations to be strong and stereotype-intolerant.PAW patrol is a treasure chest of stereotypes for children , especially girls.
PAW patrol take too many risks
PAW patrol save Adventure Bay countless times but in the process ,destroy a lot of private property.We have no evidence that they repair the property they destroy.The PAW patrol also never arrest Mayor Humdinger and all the other villains.I understand this program is for 3 year olds,but the PAW patrol take an enormous risk letting criminals live alongside the general public in Adventure Bay.
